Mr. Kim provides comprehensive legal advice mainly in areas of overseas construction, resources, energy, investment, establishment of corporations and international arbitration in the regions based on the wide experience gained from his previous works conducted as head of the legal affairs team of the Middle East and Africa Regional HQ of LG Electronics.

Dr. Hatem’s professional experience spans from legal advisor to the Qatari Minister of Economy office and the Qatar Financial Markets Authority (QFMA) to head of legal capacity building projects Middle Asia Area for the United Nations. In the corporate domain, Dr. Hatem has led the legal departments of large investment groups advising the CEO of YAS Holding (120 subsidiaries worldwide) in Abu Dhabi and ARTOC Group (28 subsidiaries worldwide) in Cairo.
